About the Journal
The journal “Medieval History of Central Eurasia” was founded and is published by Astana International University LLP. It is registered with the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Certificate of Registration: KZ82VPY00019408, issued on January 16, 2020) and with the International ISSN Centre (ISSN 2707–4870, Online).
The journal publishes scientific papers in the following areas: history.
Mission / Goal:
The journal “Medieval History of Central Eurasia” aims to foster open scholarly discussion in the field of history, including participation of international researchers, accessible online. It promotes the exchange of professional experience, dissemination of the results of historical research, new methodologies and interdisciplinary approaches. The journal also encourages the publication of scientific works by established scholars, doctoral candidates, and researchers interested in history.
Objectives:

Publish original, high-quality scientific articles that have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on copyright and internationally recognized standards of publication ethics.

Highlight the latest developments and research trends in the field of history.
Articles are registered in CrossRef and assigned a DOI.
The journal is indexed by the Kazakhstan Citation Base (KazBC) of JSC National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise (NCSTE).
The editorial board consists of scholars with a Hirsch index of at least 3.
Articles are accepted in one of three languages, with abstracts required in all three.
Originality of manuscripts is checked via StrikePlagiarism under a formal agreement.
The journal is open to cooperation with local and international researchers, research centers, and academic groups.
Publication frequency: 4 issues per year.
